  • Architectural Drawings: To obtain Architectural drawings from the Architect.
  • Structural Drawings: To obtain structural drawings from the Structural Engineer

  • Sanction Plans: To obtain sanction plans from the Chennai Corporation and CMDA.

  • Utility Connections: Coordination with local and other authorities for obtaining TNEB and CMWSSB connections to complete the project.
